Dear Hotel Rooftop

The 14th-floor rooftop of the Dear Hotel on Gran Vía, right where the avenue meets Plaza de España: a plunge pool by day, and Nice To Meet You, a lounge and restaurant with 360° views, by night.

The sky bar takes walk-ins without a reservation, subject to space, while the restaurant side runs its own separate seating hours, so it's worth knowing which one you're after before arriving. It sits right by Plaza de España metro (Lines 3 and 10), the easiest way in from most of the city.
